Welcome to the Hi-Capacity® Battery Exchange Program web site. We are committed to providing our customers with safe and efficient power products. As a result, we have instituted a voluntary recall of certain Hi-Capacity Li-Ion notebook batteries that were sold between January 2004 and May 2005. We have been working with the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission to increase public awareness and coordinate this exchange program.
